Cancellation and Refunds

Contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@sailafarms.com or calling +91 90878 77979. We will try to change or cancel an order before preparation or dispatch begins, but changes are subject to product availability and the stage of fulfilment.

Fresh meat, fish, eggs, dairy and other perishable products are selected, prepared and packed close to delivery. Once an order has been selected, cut, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible for a change of mind. This helps us protect food safety and avoid unnecessary waste.

If we approve a cancellation before fulfilment, we will confirm the amount and refund method. A preparation or delivery charge may be non-refundable where that service has already been performed, subject to applicable law and the details shown when you ordered.

If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged or has a genuine quality concern, contact us promptly with your order number and useful photographs or video. After review, we may offer a replacement, full or partial refund, account credit or another reasonable remedy. The remedy may apply only to the affected item.

Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how quickly the credit appears. We may request information needed to verify the order or process the refund.

A refund may not be available for change of mind on fresh goods, improper storage or handling, damage after delivery, an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, unauthorised returns, or a request made too late to verify the issue. We may refuse requests that appear fraudulent or inconsistent with the order record.
